Our head of school, will guide project-based learning and AI-supported study. With over 25 years of experience and a background in pedagogy and psychotherapy, she brings wisdom, structure, and care to both the leadership and classroom..

Julie Emilie Simpson
Leading yoga and social development. With a background in communication and psychology she is supporting healthy routines, positive habbits, teamwork, and emotional growth.

Kenneth Maron Becker
Will support both project learning and sports. With a background in pedagogy and carpentry, and many years of experience with children and youth, he’s a steady and practical presence who builds culture.

Barbara Giselda Pinot
Teaches English, Spanish, and active learning. Barbara brings many years of international experience and a strong background in language education with her.

Charlotte Blessing
Is the Academic Leader and Educational Administrator at AIM. She brings extensive experience as a global educator and school leader. She has worked with students from ages 3 to 20 years old, in Europe, Africa, India, and North and South America. Her work includes student centered education, teacher training and mentoring, curriculum development, operations, accreditation, outdoor education and cross cultural competence. Charlotte loves spending time with her adult children, being in the outdoors, reading and writing poetry, cooking and having interesting conversations with people. She has lived internationally for many years and considers herself a global nomad.

Didi Souham
Is a motivator and will teach the kids in sports and project based learning. He is specialized in kids and youth with special needs.

Paloma Sanchez
Early Childhood-Primary Education teacher specialising in Spanish Language and Physical Education. With experience in inclusive education, neurodiversity, promoting social coexistence and training in the integral development of the student (physical, cognitive, social and affective). She implements active methodologies such as cooperative learning, gamification, original storytelling, educational adventures and flipped classroom to foster motivation and character building.
